This three-story building is a house sitting on a 10x20 metres site in Citra Garden, Cengkareng, West Jakarta. The house is designed to be spacious and open, by making the service area fit within the ground floor. Living areas are located in first and second floor with many openings.
A split-level entrance creates a grand entrance to the house with high ceiling, then it brought the user to the open living room with large garden. The second floor consist of master bedroom and two children bedroom.
The master bedroom is placed on the front, becoming the facade of the house, with balcony facing the road. While children bedrooms are place along the corridor with garden view.
It is intended that the spatiality of the house provide comfortable and interesting space for the family’s daily activities.
This house is currently under construction.
